Humming with creativity

I’m really enjoying humming while I work. Did you know that humming has a bunch of mental and physical health benefits?

Humming activates your vagus nerve and calms your nervous system, lifts mood, lowers blood pressure, and improves concentration, sleep quality, immunity, and respiratory and cardiovascular health? Plus, it’s just fun!

My favourite album to hum along with is Kichi’s, “Soft Breezes”. Below you can hear one of the “hums” (is that what they’re called? Ha!) and watch me work.
